✨ A Magical End to Our Festive Season ✨
What a wonderfully heart‑warming few days we’ve had at First Steps Nursery as we wrapped up our Christmas celebrations in true First Steps style — with sparkle, song, and a sprinkle of magic.
⭐ Our Magical Nativity
On Friday, our older school leaver pre‑schoolers took to the stage for their very special nativity performance, and they absolutely shone. Their singing filled the room, their acting was full of confidence and charm, and every single child played their part beautifully.
The proud smiles from parents and carers said it all — it was a moment to treasure, and we couldn’t be prouder of how brilliantly they all performed.
🐴 A Visit From Two Very Festive Friends
Monday morning brought an extra surprise when two horses from Eleanor’s Stables trotted into our garden, adorned with twinkling tinsel and looking very ready for Christmas.
The children were captivated. They stroked their soft coats, helped brush their manes, and chatted excitedly about our special visitors long after they’d headed home. It was a magical experience that brought so much joy to the start of the week.
🎅 A Very Special Afternoon Guest
As if that wasn’t enough excitement, Monday afternoon brought one more unforgettable moment — Santa himself dropped in to say hello to the children who were with us.
There were wide eyes, big smiles, and plenty of festive cheer as he chatted with the children. It was the perfect way to round off our Christmas festivities.
🎄 Holiday Closure
A gentle reminder that we close for the Christmas break at 6pm on Tuesday 23rd December and will reopen on Monday 5th January.
💛 Warm Wishes From All of Us
From all of us here at First Steps — Caroline, Lauren, Chantelle and the entire First Steps team — we would like to wish our wonderful families a happy, peaceful, and relaxing Christmas break.
Thank you for your continued support, your kindness, and for sharing your amazing children with us. We look forward to welcoming you all back in the New Year.
